Catullo - Ristorante Pizzeria

Catullo, which has been one of the reference restaurants and pizzerias in Turin for over 15 years, contains within it and in its dishes all the Mediterranean character of the owner, now a well-known entrepreneur in the city's restaurant business. Between carmine red walls and brightly colored ceramics from Ischia , the restaurant expresses all the warmth and cheerfulness of the south, its warm colors and tasty flavours: pasta, fresh fish, grilled meats and of course… pizza, rigorously Neapolitan and cooked in a huge wood-burning oven!!! The suggestive position and the incomparable view of the river Po, which flows placidly under the Isabella bridge, make the Catullo restaurant one of the most romantic and evocative in Turin, closing the circle of the perfect place.

At the foot of the hill and almost on the banks of the Po, this trattoria, opened 12 years ago by two enterprising young brothers, resistant to the technological fashions of the moment, but attentive to the Piedmontese tradition, on the market even before in the kitchen, has had great success among a predominantly young, but also fashionable audience; proof of this is the assiduous attendance of players from the two Turin teams, with the whole world usually surrounding them. Despite this, the menu follows the local tradition, lightening its interpretation according to current needs; there is constantly a good and articulated proposal of fish dishes, not because it is native, but able to satisfy the needs of the customers. Lampara - Pizzeria Restaurant in Turin The "Lampara" was born in 1984, its name takes its cue from the lamps that were used by fishermen at night on board the fishing boats that "went out to sea" to catch fresh fish to supply city markets.

For over 25 years "la Lampara" with its influence has echoed over Turin like the lamparas in the open sea, like lights that you can't help but notice. Our gastronomic roots have been inspired by the needs of our customers while maintaining a touch of innovation that never hurts, bringing for example the first Pizza al Metro in Turin which is still the pride of our restaurant today.
