Agnelli to the TAR: appeal for the capital gains case of Juventus

On June 19, the former president of Juventus resorted to the TAR in the context of the capital gains chaos, for which the Bianconeri were penalized.

Andrea Agnelli, former president of Juventus, has appealed to the TAR of Lazio. The reason?The decision of the Coni Sports Guarantee Board that led to two years of disqualification for the capital gains case.

In fact, the deadlines for appealing to administrative justice expired on June 19: Agnelli's appeal has finally arrived.

Last November Agnelli and the entire Juventus CDA had suddenly resigned, before the start of the various strands of sports justice.
