Del Piero wanted to remember Silvio Berlusconi through an iconic photo that portrays them together posted in the stories of his Instagram account. The image dates back to January 6, 2007, during the post-game of the historic Berlusconi Trophy: in that case Pinturicchio scored a goal, even if then the challenge was won by Milan with the result of 3-2. The photo, which shows Del Piero and the former president of the Rossoneri smiling together, was accompanied by the caption: "Rip".
