The checks that Federico Chiesa underwent at the J|Medical again ruled out injuries. With Lazio the former viola can be summoned.
Five days after the return of Serie A, and five days after Juventus-Lazio, one of the main questions at Juventus concerns Federico Chiesa: will the Bianconeri striker, injured in the national team, be able to recover in time for the match?
"Footballers Federico Chiesa and Lorenzo Pellegrini - communicated the FIGC on Friday of last week - who have suffered a muscular resentment and were subjected this morning to diagnostic tests, are unavailable for the next matches of the national team with North Macedonia and Ukraine and will return to their respective locations to undergo the treatment of the case".
Well, today Chiesa went to the J|Medical to carry out new exams, after the first tests had excluded muscle injuries. And even in this case Juventus can breathe a sigh of relief.
NEGATIVE EXAMS
In fact, these tests also gave a negative result. In essence: no muscle injuries for the former Fiorentina striker, forced to miss Italy's two games scheduled these days, against North Macedonia first and then Ukraine.
WHEN DOES THE CHIESA RETURN?
At Juventus there is optimism regarding the return of Chiesa over the weekend: the team of Max Allegri, as already mentioned, will challenge Lazio in the first advance of the fourth day of Serie A, scheduled for Saturday 16 September at 15.00.
CHIESA OWNER WITH LAZIO?
The other issue concerns the possible ownership or not of Chiesa against the formation of the former Maurizio Sarri. And here, of course, the doubts are even greater.
The former viola travels towards the convocation, more and more concrete after the negative result of today's exams, but should start the game from the bench.
