Confirmed: Bonucci is taking legal action against Juventus

The former captain believes he has suffered damage of a professional and image nature, any amount will be donated to charity.

The marriage between Leonardo Bonucci and Juventus officially ended in the last hours of the transfer market with the transfer of the defender to Union Berlin.

The former Bianconeri captain, however, is not willing to forget the treatment received by the company in recent troubled months.

Bonucci would then have decided to sue Juventus with a claim for damages.

A judicial battle is therefore announced between the parties. The worst way to end a long, successful love story.

BONUCCI'S MOVE

By the end of today's morning, September 12, the player's lawyers, Antonio Conte and Gabriele Zuccheretti, will follow up on the legal action provided for by the collective agreement. Action consisting of a claim for damages due to the alleged lack of adequate training and preparation conditions available to Bonucci, a situation that would have caused the player damage of a professional nature and image.

OBTAINED IN CHARITY

Bonucci specified that any amount that should arise from this action, will be donated to Neuroland, an association that supports the families of children hospitalized in the pediatric neurosurgery department of the Regina Margherita Children's Hospital in Turin and Live Onlus.

The association through the proceeds of auctions of materials belonging to high-profile sportsmen buys and donates defibrillators for use at sports clubs, schools and municipalities.

BONUCCI'S MOTIVATIONS

For the former captain this is not a personal war with the Bianconeri club but a matter of principle to be carried out even for players who are in the same condition as him without having the opportunity to react.

In particular, the situations he experienced were considered 'anomalous' for a professional, such as the fact of having to do evening training at different times than those of his teammates without ever meeting the technical staff. Or not having access to the gym, pool and restaurant.

The choice of the company not to include the player in the list of summonable, moreover, made the player feel deliberately abandoned to himself, through a strategy by Bonucci considered premeditated.

Juventus, as stated several times in recent weeks, believes instead that they have acted according to the rules towards Bonucci who would have been assured the possibility of training even if away from his teammates.
