That it was not just any arrival, at Juventus, is confirmed by the fact that the investiture of Cristiano Giuntoli took place in the presence of John Elkann. Before the signing and official announcement of the new manager, the majority shareholder of the club wanted to plastically emphasize the importance of the technical turn, which follows the managerial one determined with the inauguration of the new Board of Directors, represented at Continassa by the president Gianluca Ferrero and by the adMaurizioScanavino.

To the two of them, to Francesco Calvo (who, as we will see, will play a crucial role in the sports organization chart of the new Juventus) and, of course, to Giuntoli himself, Elkann explained that Juventus cannot allow itself more time to start the rebirth towards the sports positions that compete with them, without neglecting corporate sustainability.
