The reasons for the capital gains trial and the sentence of 22 May with the 10-point penalty imposed on Juventus in the current season have been disclosed by the Federal Court of Appeal: "They have 4 penalty points for Paratici, 3 for Agnelli , 2 for Arrivabene, 1 for Cherubini. We arrive at 10 total points that satisfy the criteria of afflictiveness, proportionality and reasonableness". "In order to define the quantum of the sanction to be imposed on F.C. Juventus spa, it is necessary to refer, in a comparative perspective, to the causal contribution of each one, based on the role played in the matter in question, and to the sanctions imposed on the four operational Directors , including the President of the sports club, Andrea Agnelli. It follows that a criterion for attributing the related personal responsibilities is reflected in the amount of the sanction to be imposed on the sports club, in the following terms: 1) Fabio Paratici, 30 months of inhibition: they weigh 4 penalty points; 2) Andrea Agnelli, 24 months of inhibition: 3 penalty points, given his role as Chairman of the BoD and legal representative of the company; 3) Maurizio Arrivabene, 24 months of inhibition: 2 penalty points 4) Federico Cherubini 16 months of inhibition: 1 penalty point weighs In conclusion, the sanction of the penalty of 10 (ten) points in the standings to be served in the current sporting season, also from an equitable point of view, proves to be entirely suitable for satisfy the criteria of afflictiveness, proportionality and reasonableness as stated above".
