Juve ruling, Article 4 remains: Juve will have a new penalty

The reasons have just been published after the appeal filed by Juventus for the penalty of 15 points imposed by the CONI Guarantee Board on the capital gains case.

As reported by Sportface, in the 75 pages of the minutes the accusatory system is defined as solid, and therefore Article 4 remains.
