The Juventus club remains firmly in the hands of the Agnelli family: "hypotheses devoid of any foundation"

"The hypotheses put forward by a newspaper regarding the sale of Juventus are devoid of any foundation." This was stated by a spokesperson for Exor , the holding company of the Agnelli family which controls the Juventus club. The denial by Exor came immediately after the indiscretion of an Italian newspaper, which headlined "Juventus is for sale" and according to which the most successful club in Italy could change ownership for the first time in its history.

According to the newspaper that launched the indiscretion, the goal of the current club would be to find a buyer who could facilitate the transfer of ownership to ensure economic continuity for the club. Exor, however, immediately denied it, reiterating that these hypotheses "are devoid of any foundation".
