Juventus, no Europe anyway. Another penalty will be added to -10

Capital gains, the Federal Court of Appeal ruled on the new penalty. The intention to leave the Bianconeri out of the Cups remains alive and declared (there is still the case for salaries)

The Federal Court of Appeal in joint sections: a) acquits Pavel Nedved , Paolo Garimberti , Assia Grazioli Venier , Caitlin Mary Hughes , Daniela Marilungo , Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano of the ascribed charges ;

b) imposes on FC Juventus SpA the penalty of 10 (ten) points in the standings , to be served in the current football season.

Here it is the device issued yesterday evening, at 20.15 , at the end of the fifth "round" of the capital gains process. In essence: it could have been even worse, but "good" is another thing. The acquittal of the seven former executives without proxy may be a reason for satisfaction for the lawyers of the bianconeri in question (and at this point also for those of Maurizio Arrivabene , who anticipate a maxi compensation from the TAR given that at the time of the disputed events it was not yet ad) . But as far as the company is concerned, those 10 penalty points (which are neither the 15 imposed on January 20 by the Federal Court of Appeal in a different composition nor the 11 requested yesterday by the federal prosecutor Chiné) certainly do not represent a cause for joy. As evidenced by the club's intention to make further use, if necessary, of the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport . But, in Juventus' dissatisfaction, the fact that the team then lost in Empoli , making the new gap from the Champions League area even more massive , only affects up to a certain point. Already in itself, in fact, that -10 smacked of "scientific" exclusion from Europe .
