OFFICIAL | MICHELE DI GREGORIO IS A JUVENTUS PLAYER

Michele Di Gregorio is black and white.

The transfer to Juventus of the goalkeeper born in '97 who arrives in Turin from Monza is official.

From Allianz Stadium... to Allianz Stadium! Yes, because Di Gregorio experienced his last official match of the 2023/2024 season, as an opponent (but without taking to the field), in what is now his new home, during Juventus-Monza on May 25th.

A sign of destiny for Michele, who was also awarded as the best goalkeeper of the last Serie A at the Allianz Stadium.

What immediately catches the eye about Di Gregorio is his physicality. A physicality, however, that does not make him lose reactivity between the posts, one of his most important characteristics. Michele, however, is a 360° goalkeeper, good in goal, yes, but also extremely effective with his feet, to start the action. An additional alternative to start the action. In short: he is the classic example of a modern goalkeeper.

Di Gregorio arrives in black and white after two important seasons in Serie A with the Monza jersey, two seasons that saw him grow and that also and above all saw his performance grow and the recognition obtained at the end of this year is a beautiful confirmation of this.

To confirm what has been said, then, there are the numbers:- among the goalkeepers who took to the field in the last Serie A championship, Michele Di Gregorio is the one with the highest number of saves, namely 127 in 33 matches;- In the last Serie A, no goalkeeper made more saves than Michele Di Gregorio in a single match: nine, in the match last December, against Napoli, at the "Maradona" (nine also for Wladimiro Falcone and Maduka Okoye).- Michele Di Gregorio is the goalkeeper who avoided conceding the most goals in the five major European championships in the 2023/24 season.

Welcome, Di Gre, see you on the pitch!
