Today the UEFA ruling on Juve: exclusion from the Conference League is almost certain

The bianconeri will in all probability be sanctioned by the leaders of European football with the exclusion from the cups for next season.

The sentence from UEFA will arrive during the day, which will establish which sanctions Juventus will face next season.

The bianconeri risk being excluded from the next Conference League and suffering a financial penalty due to the capital gains case.

Even in Serie A, Max Allegri's team was penalized 10 points in the standings. Now the decisions of the leaders of European football are awaited.

WHICH CUP IS JUVENTUS QUALIFIED FOR

By virtue of the seventh place gained at the end of last season (which is affected by the 10 penalty points inflicted in the case of capital gains), Juventus obtained qualification for the Conference League.

For the first time in its history, therefore, the bianconeri would play the competition, inaugurated in 2021/22 and which saw Mourinho's Roma as the first ever winner.

In 2023 Fiorentina risked an Italian encore, but were defeated in the final by West Ham.

THE UEFA JUDGMENT

The sentence from UEFA is expected during the day, which will have to establish the admission or exclusion of Juventus from the European cups for the 2023/24 season.

Given the situation, we are moving towards the realization of the second hypothesis. In that case, the Bianconeri would be expelled from the Conference League and sanctioned with a fine.

WHO GOES TO THE CONFERENCE LEAGUE?

As reported by the newspaper La Stampa, Fiorentina should take the place of Juventus in the third UEFA competition.

Viola, who finished last Serie A in eighth position, would therefore play in the Conference for the second consecutive year and would have the chance to redeem themselves after the knockout in the Prague final on 7 June 2023.
