Juventus and Bonucci could separate in the summer: the defender is looking for continuity to present himself in the best possible way at Euro 2024.
Leonardo Bonucci and Juventus , a love story born in 2010 and characterized by a single 'stain', namely the experience at Milan in the 2017/18 season which seemed to be able to put a stone on a solid and unbreakable relationship.
Instead, the 'prodigal son' returned home after just a year of 'exile', regaining his leadership ranks: five years after his return, those certainties ended up making room for ever greater doubts.
As reported by 'Tuttosport', in fact, Bonucci could say goodbye to Juventus: this time forever, given that in a year's time he will hang up his boots as he himself announced a month ago.
EURO 2024 GOAL
The mistake made against Spain highlighted Bonucci's difficulties, held back last season by injuries that didn't allow him to play as consistently as he would have liked: continuity will have to be the key factor in 2023/24, in view of the European Championships scheduled in Germany.
To defend the title conquered at Wembley in 2021, the defender from Viterbo will not be able to afford another season like the one just archived: Roberto Mancini himself has hinted that the golden times are no longer part of current affairs .

RUTHLESS COMPETITION AT JUVENTUS
To accomplish his goal, Bonucci (net of increasingly frequent ailments) will not be able to afford another year of fits and starts: Juventus, from this point of view, does not seem to be able to offer him guarantees.
In Allegri's ideas, the owners would be Bremer and Danilo , with Gatti and Rugani first reinforcements. Well-defined hierarchies, with Bonucci's ownership appearing, rather, as a dynamic that is part of the past.
Furthermore, the club will ask the coach from Livorno to also test the young Riccio and Huijsen , which only makes Bonucci's path uphill, tempted by a new adventure before his final farewell to the competitive scene.
WHAT FUTURE FOR BONUCCI?
The pride of asserting his status could push Bonucci away from Turin: his agent Alessandro Lucci is already working to find a valid solution, i.e. a first tier club that participates in the European cups.
One option could be Marseille , pending the choice of the coach who will have to replace Igor Tudor: with the possibility that Juventus contributes to the payment of the 12 million gross salary , a considerable amount.
